Property File Request

Search by Address: Enter a Street No and Name, or just a Name. You do not need to enter full details (e.g. "1" & "King" or just "King" is sufficient).
Search by Legal Description: Enter a Lot number (e.g. 3) and Plan number including the prefix plan type (e.g. DP 36809).
Search by Valuation: Enter valuation number with no spaces (e.g.0679126400).

Results will be limited to the first 100 matching records.

If the search reveals more than one section/lot number but the same address, you can only select one but you will be emailed the property file for all of that address.
