Property File Request

Search by Address: Enter a Street No and Name, or just a Name. You do not need to enter full details (e.g. "1" & "King" or just "King" is sufficient).
Search by Legal Description: Enter a Lot number (e.g. 3) and Plan number including the prefix plan type (e.g. DP 36809).


Property files are comprised by Valuation number, which can sometimes cover multiple lots/sections/titles per property.

Therefore, if a property selection has multiple land parcels, please check the Valuation number shown.

If all lots have the same valuation number reference, you only need to select ONE of the lots/sections and the property file you receive will cover all the parcels shown.

You will not need to make a separate application for each land parcel unless a different valuation number is shown from your first application.
