LIM Application

Search by Address: Enter a Street No and Name, or just a Name. You do not need to enter full details (e.g. "1" & "King" or just "King" is sufficient).
Search by Legal Description: Enter a Lot number (e.g. 3) and Plan number including the prefix plan type (e.g. DP 36809).
Search by Valuation: Enter valuation number with no spaces (e.g.0679126400).

Results will be limited to the first 100 matching records.

LIM's are compiled on properties by Valuation number, which can sometimes cover multiple lots/sections/titles per property. Therefore, if a property has multiple land parcels but they all have the same valuation reference, you only need to select ONE of the lots/sections and the LIM will be compiled on the whole valuation roll number and not just that one land parcel.
